Most importantly, you will learn that there are no such things as good & bad foods, and that no foods are off limits. Yes that’s right… you can have that slice of pizza or piece of chocolate, knowing full well you are in control of your nutrition and making progress towards your goals every week.

The Ryan PT Nutrition Masterclass is a two-hour session that can be delivered in person, or remotely on Zoom or any other means of video call.

Not everybody wants to lose weight. Some of my clients come to me wanting to learn how to eat appropriately and to build muscle effectively without gaining excess body fat.

I started PT sessions at home with Ryan before the first lockdown in 2020. I enjoyed the sessions but at that time, I didn’t really enjoy the act of eating and would only really consume one meal per day, on average. Ryan advised me that if I were to stand any chance of achieving the goal I had at the time- to simply no longer be underweight- that I would have to eat the right amount of food to give me the energy to move. He used the analogy of a car needing the right fuel to run properly. This really resonated with me and so I decided to take up the Ryan PT Nutrition Master Class session. I’m so glad I did. 

Now I know what my body needs I understand how to eat appropriately for my lifestyle. I make good food choices, plan my meals ahead and the main thing now is that I look forward to mealtimes and enjoy eating all the nutritious and tasty food. My goals soon changed from not wanting to be skinny, to wanting to pursue a healthy and natural muscular physique. It took me approximately twelve months to add 20kg of muscle to my previously skinny frame and I now receive compliments from friends, family, and colleagues all the time. This wouldn’t have been possible without Ryan’s help, and I still see Ryan for PT sessions to continue my physique development. My confidence has grown so much that I now love training at his venue Core The Gym- this is an environment I never thought I would be confident enough to train in but now I feel like I belong and it’s all thanks to Ryan’s help with nutrition and exercise.

In this case, I offer weekly coaching and support packages with no long-term commitments. These can be discussed during your Nutrition Masterclass session.
