Ryan is a very genuine, down to earth personal trainer who always makes the sessions motivating and fun. He is very realistic with your targets but pushes you to what he knows you can achieve. There is always a relaxed atmosphere which helps you push yourself that little bit more. It’s great to have a personal trainer who you can relate to and doesn’t make you feel intimidated.
Ryan makes the perfect coach. I think it’s his life experience that counts for more than all of his coaching and management qualifications. When I talk to him about my anxiety and depression he actually understands because he’s been there himself- this is priceless and he has been able to help me so much with both my work and personal life. I am diabetic and I was overweight and not that healthy. Ryan is very motivational and encouraging. I saw Ryan three times per week, every week. My gym sessions are enjoyable. Ryan challenges, motivates and stretches me. My long-term diabetic scores have dropped by 10 points and I have lost 3 inches off my waist.
